New Solutions Require New Ideas - Three Keys to Nurturing Innovation

"If you maintain doing what you've always done, you'll maintain getting what you've always got." We've all heard this; but how many of us eschew things because they are "different," or new? In this world, alteration is the lone thing that is certain; progress, or improvement, are not necessarily guaranteed. How well you make and react to the alterations in your life, business, or relationships, will find your consequences in any pursuit.

Keeping things moving forward necessitates a steady watercourse of new thoughts -- new information. The beginning of all that information is the head -- not the physical world. The physical human race can indeed function as an inspiration for new thoughts, new ideas, and new solutions to old problems; but the "new" material is going to come up from the head of a human. This procedure -- the "creative process" -- is the cardinal to innovation; and invention is the cardinal to progress.

Innovation is simply a "new vision;" person have to be able to "see" this new vision before any of us will be able to undergo it. Ancient wisdom states us that we are formed by our thoughts, and that all things are possible to he (or she) who believes; within these words is the cardinal to come on and invention -- the cardinal to new realities. By following a few simple guidelines, you can learn yourself to be a witting creator, or illusionist -- a true innovator.

Three-Keys to Nurturing Innovation:

Dream Big! The lone manner to travel beyond where you are is to believe beyond where you are; and, as long as you are doing that, you might as well make it in a large way. That way, when your dreaming come ups true, you'll have got even more than religion for your adjacent undertaking or adventure. Big dreamings also coerce you out of the linear, "I cognize what is and isn't possible," left-brain facet of your "self," allowing your originative mental faculties (the beginning of innovation) freedom of expression. No limits, no limitations; all things are possible.

Conquer, overcome, eliminate, or take Fear. Fear is the lone limiting military unit in your life; fearfulness is the lone obstruction to public presentation or success. There are many techniques available today that tin aid you quickly and easily defeat such as fears. These techniques, such as as the Z-Point Process, EFT, and TAT, are commonly used by high-performance individuals, athletes, and businessmen, to accomplish emotional freedom and peak-performance in all countries of life. When you take fear, even the sky is no limit!

Do Something Different (DSD)! Be creative, be spontaneous. Big hazards equal large rewards; but don't acquire stupid with the hazard thing. If you're doing more than than you did before, you're come out of the closet of your comfortableness zone; that's good. Next time, you can travel a spot further; but each twenty-four hours you should peep beyond former limits, obstacles, or boundaries. New and different are on the other side of the line marking your "progress-to-date."

Our bodies, lives, and even concerns are formed by our thoughts; if we desire something new, we desire change. To make change, we necessitate only believe different ideas -- long enough, or intensely enough, to bring on motion of some kind. To that, we can add, adjust, correct, compensate, and otherwise fine-tune our attempts to make something new for ourselves and the world.

What Do Angels Look Like?

Several old age ago, in 1990, I wrote a piece entitled, What Make Angels Look LIke? which you will happen below. As the statute title suggests, it is about Angels and what we think they look like.

When most of us reflect upon Angels, we conjure up images in our heads of beautiful mystical beingnesses with deluxe wings and aureate haloes. We may remember assorted childhood memories of narratives told of Angels and what they stand for from the assorted faiths we studied, or schools we attended.

But for me, Angels were always so much more than than that. They were an in progress portion of my mundane world.

I am certain that if you look at your ain life and the people in it, you will happen Angels everywhere. The job is, that most of the time, we just take it all for granted. We travel about our twenty-four hours often lost in thought, unmindful to the human race all around us, unaware of the miracles that abound and the infinite Angels who saving grace our path.

It is my sincere desire that today, you open YOUR eyes to not only see the Angels in your ain life, but to be an Angel for person else. And, It is my profound hope that just for today, you can lift above your mere person being and walk among the gods.

What Make Angels Look LIke?

Like the little old lady, who returned your billfold yesterday.

Like the cab driver, who told you that your eyes visible light up the world, when you smile.

Like the small child, who showed you the wonderment in simple things.

Like the mediocre man, who offered to share his luncheon with you.

Like the rich man, who showed you it really is all possible, if lone you believe.

Like the stranger, who just happened to come up up along, when you had lost your way.

Like the friend, who touched your heart, when you didn't believe you had one left to touch.

Angels come in all sizes and shapes. All ages and tegument types.

Some with freckles, some with dimples, some with wrinkles, some without.

They come up disguised as friends, enemies, teachers, students, lovers and fools.

They don't take life too seriously. They go light.

They go forth no forwarding address. They inquire for nil in return.

They have on gym shoes with gossamer wings. They acquire a trade on dry cleaning.

They are difficult to find, when your eyes are closed.

But they are everywhere you look, when you CHOOSE TO SEE.

Vital Unlearning, Blessed Reduction

God is in the concern of reducing us to the bare-bone lower limit so He can construct us up again from scratch. He unclutters off all our beloved, self-serving construction and then constructs us up again on a new Foundation: Christ. Getting to a Negro spiritual land nothing is difficult. Unanticipated adversity is a dependable characteristic of God's life-consuming clemency and grace. From the clip we open up ourselves up to Christ, He immediately travels to work, breaking down every thing we built apart from His approval. All of this is a painful process.

Though it doesn't experience like anything good at the time, it is a Godhead clemency when Supreme Being crying down any misconception that would take us to presume too much about ourselves. His effectual method for bringing us back to the page that He desires us on is Negro Negro spiritual devastation.

God is the great, spiritual Surgeon, who will make whatever it takes to save His people. Oftentimes His saving grace plant like a surgeon's knife, which aches for a piece and might even be us a limb. Repentance, for example, is a painful ordeal, but its end merchandise is heavenly, unfading joy. It is eternally more than good for Supreme Being to pulverize us for a while, if it's according to His will, so He can construct us back up again by His Spirit. In this manner we will learn, despite ourselves, to swear in Christ's celestial designing rather than any manful invention. Humble penitence is often the same thing as unlearning. As we bury everything we believe we know, Supreme Being will convey us back to the beginning, or to whatever hamlet it was where we turned off from loving the Truth.

When we give up our right to even understand Supreme Being in Christ, then He will convey us back from our animal highs down to solid, Negro spiritual level. He will construct us up from a humble, dust-covered topographic point so that we accept His Deity through religion and not through any virtuousness of our own.

As for us, if we have got got never relinquished our right to be in complaint of our lives and yet still see ourselves Spirit-led, then we have an impossible amount of unlearning to do. Rich Person we been edifice with gold, Ag and cherished stone, or with some feeble imitation? Bash we want to be utile to God? Then let's listen and not presume anything. No substance what happens, we have got encouragement in the fact that Supreme Being is faithful.

I recognize that the general populace, whether churched or un-churched, will not believe about anything, much less make anything, unless they comprehend some compelling motivation. We westerners will not lift up from our comfy topographic points and take attention of concern with Supreme Being unless we are compelled by a greater Power than ourselves. One potentially good property we westerners transport around with us is our abomination for cachexia clip on something that looks impossible. If we happen out that something is not deserving doing, we will quickly travel on to something more worthwhile.

Anyone who is convinced that something is a waste material of clip will, and should, form that thing out of their life. If individual sincerely believes that God's land is a waste material of clip then Supreme Being will phase that person out Himself.

But there is Life, there is motion and there is inspiration in Christ.

Christ sent the Holy Place Spirit as a fire over the caputs of those people that made up His earlier church. These days, if He sent His Spirit again, He would have got to come up as a Red Hot Fire, lit directly underneath our rear-ends. Supreme Being may sometimes resemble a cheering shock absorber to His people in this world, but for our interests I trust He is more than like a pincushion. I trust and pray for our interests that God's Spirit more closely resembles a crisp point that nudges us into Negro spiritual action than a soft pillow that letups us to sleep.

So what make we really believe about God's kingdom? If we believe it's a waste material of time, then why not just acknowledge it? If life by religion in Jesus is a truly unpointed endeavor, then we have got nil to lose by saying so. Besides, if Supreme Being is God, then He already cognizes what's on our minds, so we're not going to draw a fast on one Him by professing a nonexistent faith. So, if we are not deceiving God, who then is left for us to deceive? Ourselves? We might as well follow through with what we really believe and halt agonizing ourselves by trying to set our religion in Supreme Being and the human race at the same time.

However, if we have got got tasted God's grace, if we have caught a glance of His glory, then let's set our hope and trust in Jesus alone. He will make what it takes to salvage every last piece of us, if we are His and if He is God.
